Hyper Foods Ltd (HFL) represents the food cluster of Hyvec Group. It houses prestigious brands like Bhukara the Tandoor, a fine Indian cuisine restaurant that operates at La City Trianon, and Escale Mauricienne, which serves local dishes, operates at the departure lounge of the airport. The Group has secured through the company CG Royale foods, the exclusive rights to develop and operate Burger King Restaurants in Mauritius. Two restaurants opened in 2021 at Bagatelle and at the airport and a third opened in 2022 at Port Louis. In 2023 In December, Hyvec Group opened three Burger King restaurants — at Grand Baie La Croisette and in the food courts of La City Trianon and Tribeca Mall — positioning itself as a key player in the fast-food sector among Mauritians. It also reinforced Burger King’s market presence through the opening of its new drive-through restaurant at Tribeca Mall. The group plans to open more outlets at strategic locations in the coming years.
