Retail and Distribution

The Hyvec group launches into retail and distribution in 2010 with the opening of the company Hyvec Distribution Ltd (HDL) which is now positioned as the leader in the distribution of branded cigarettes such as Dunhill, Benson & Hedges, Rothmans and Pall Mall among others.

In 2011, the group invests in the distribution of innovative design solutions for the home, offices, villas and other classy infrastructural projects. It is today, through its flagship company, Supertech Equipment, the sole supplier of international brands reputed for their innovative design and technical excellence, functionality, sustainability as well as their environmental features such as Kohler, Siematic, Natuzzi and Fursys,

In 2016, the group takes its first steps in fashion through its new company Bluefire Ltd with the ambition of expanding its activities at the regional level. In 2017, Hyvec opens its very first overseas Tommy Hilfiger franchise store in South Africa. The Group currently operates premium stand-alone stores in internationally reputed locations like Bagatelle Mall and Airport of Mauritius.

In 2024, the Group ventured into premium luxury fragrance, cosmetics and skin care, offering niche brands such as Initio, Boucheron, Conte de Parfum together with international repute brands like Giorgio Armani, Hermes, Clarins, Jimmy Choo etc in collaboration with Fidalga. The Group also expanded its portfolio with the addition of Nike and Adidas into its footwear range.

The other fashion brands hosted under the Group’s portfolio are Tommy Hilfiger, Mont Blanc, Ralph Lauren, Gant, GAP, Armani Exchange, FILA, Calvin Klein Jeans, CAT, Hush Puppies, Sebago, Hackett London, Merrell & Geox.
